Payam H.Kavkani

PhD student

Payam is a third-year PhD student specializing in electron beam shaping. He has expertise in finite element (FE) simulations using COMSOL Multiphysics and is part of the AI-TEM project, which focuses on AI-assisted microscope automation. Payam also has extensive experience in the nanofabrication of MEMS-based phase plates.
